Bayhill House rates and availability vary throughout the year depending on when friends and family are staying.

Bayhill House rates also vary on how long your planned stay will be, whether you want to stay for a week or for 3-4 months. In low season a minimum stay of 4 days/nights is possible also.

The property is back on 2014 for holiday bookings as we have finished a long term renovation of the house. You can use either email, phone or if you prefer you can check availablity and automatically book online securely at our rental system account here. We also changed the access from the main house to the Garden Suite with new cut stone staircase to the downstairs accomodation and garden.

Low Season

April, May, June, July, September, and October.

We are more flexible in the low season on both length of stay and rates. Minimum of 4 nights for exclusive use of the main house. Generally we accept Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning.

Prices from $345 per night for the main house.

Minimum 4 night stay.

November, January, February, March, April, July and August.

In the main months we only accept 7 day stays but can be flexible on how long you stay with discounts for minimum 2 week bookings.

This time of year is all around the Carnival and the party that follows. The House can be booked for a minimum of a week but recommend 2 weeks to really enjoy the festivities.
