Our Property

Bayhill House is really our family home from home, the reason we fell in love with the house was the location with its fabulous views and the friendly Kittitian people. The main house benefits from large split level living room and Dining area, Large extended verandah, and new terrace finished in cut stone, we have 2 large Master Suites in the main house which sleeps 5 and outside via a few steps there is a separate Garden Suite downstairs which sleeps 2. Bayhill House has just currently been through a $150,000 investment which now includes a large Infinity Pool with million dollar views, Extended Terrace, Dining Gazebo and Upgraded En-Suites. Most of the Art has been painted by my wife Pamela.

The Garden suite is found below the main house via a few steps leading to the garden and terrace. Queen size 4 poster bed with en-suite shower. Terrace and garden views. We would not suggest that the garden suite is used for small children as its is away from the main house.
